Trip to the Horton Plains

 During the school vacation in 2018 ,my family and my cousins went on a picnic to Nuwara Eliya. That day was a very real day😀💖. On our way we visited the Horton Plains too. It is protected area in the central highlands in Sri Lanka. Horton Plains is world famous for its biodiversity . We went to the Horton Plains by our own bus . When we went to the Horton Plains it has very cold weather. So we all are wore sweaters. At that movement there were both local and foreign tourists to visit there. The time was nearly 2' o clock when we reached the Horton Plains. At that time the whole area was covered with mist. We saw several sambur and deer roaming in the plains but no elephants can be seen there. After visiting the World's  End ,we went to the Baker' s Falls. It is one of the most eyecatching place at the Horton Plains. We found it somewhat difficult to walk along the footpath to the Baker's Falls. In that time I took so beautiful photos and selfies with my whole family. Then we finished our journey with sad feelings.😔😔
